Returns Policy


15-Days Return Policy for Small Sleepie & Medium Sleepie

Sleep is very crucial for your newborn baby’s growth. We have a liberal 15 days return policy for Sleepie.

Most babies adapt to Sleepie from day 1. However, few babies may take upto 5-6 days. We request you to use Sleepie for atleast 5-6 days to observe the positive effects on your baby’s sleep.

The 15 days return policy is applicable only for your 1st order for Sleepie (irrespective of size).

You may wash Sleepie during the return period. It will not impact the return process in any way. 

  • You can initiate your return request for Sleepie up to 15 days from the delivery date of your order.
  • You may initiate your return request by sending an email to mybabymysoul.india@gmail.com with your Order number and name under which your order was placed. We will then acknowledge your return request and share the return address.
  • Courier the Sleepie to us within 5 days of initiation of return using a trackable courier service. Please mention your Order number and name on the package.
  • Please share the courier receipt image clearly showing the docket number and charges.
  • If you initiate return after trying Sleepie for atleast 5 days and it did not work for your baby, we shall also reimburse your courier charges (Max Rs. 100 in case you share the receipt with charges mentioned, Rs. 50 if receipt is not available).
  • Please prefer Speed Post for sending the returns. Other couriers may charge higher. Speed Post is usually the cheapest and fastest for this purpose.
  • Please share with us your bank account details / UPI ID to process your refund.
  • Once your return is received by us, your refund will be processed. A credit will be applied to your account within 2-3 business days from the date your package arrives at our warehouse. 
  • We will also request you to return any freebies/samples received along with your order in unused form. If you are unable to return the freebie for any reason or if the freebie is used, we will deduct the freebie value from your refund amount.

    Babies take 5-6 days to adjust to Sleepie-Embrace. We request you to use Sleepie-Embrace for atleast 5-6 days to observe the positive effects on your baby’s sleep.

    5-Days Return Policy for Bamboo Rompers

    The 5 days return policy is applicable only for your 1st order for Bamboo Rompers (irrespective of size/style)

    Please do not wash the Bamboo Romper during the return period. If washed, the romper will not be eligible for return. The tags need to be attached to the romper to be eligible for return.

    • You can initiate your return request for Bamboo Romper up to 5 days from the delivery date of your order.
    • You may initiate your return request by sending an email to mybabymysoul.india@gmail.com with your Order number and name under which your order was placed. We will then acknowledge your return request and share the return address.
    • Courier the Bamboo Romper to us within 5 days of initiation of return using a trackable courier service. Please mention your Order number and name on the package.
    • Please share the courier receipt image clearly showing the docket number and charges.
    • We shall also reimburse your courier charges (Max Rs. 100 in case you share the receipt with charges mentioned, Rs. 50 if receipt is not available).

    • Once the return package is received by us, your refund will be processed. A credit will be applied to your account within 3 business days from the date your package arrives at our warehouse. 
    • We will also request you to return any freebies/samples received along with your order in unused form. If you are unable to return the freebie for any reason or if the freebie is used, we will deduct the freebie value from your refund amount.

    Product Condition:

    Please note that we can only accept returns and exchanges for Bamboo Rompers that match the following conditions:

    • No Stains
    • No Stretches
    • No Rips/Tears
    • Tags should not have been removed from the romper
    • The romper should not have been washed

     

    Sleepie-Winter, Teethy-Bibs, SeatBuddy, Bamboo Muslin Blanket & Bamboo Wash Towels are non-returnable

    In case of any manufacturing defect in these products (Sleepie-Winter, Teethy-Bibs, SeatBuddy, Bamboo Muslin and Bamboo Washtowels), please let us know within 5 days of the product delivery. We will investigate the issue and replace the defective items.
